Steroids are healthcare, and they are legitimately used for treatment of ailments. Plastic Surgery is healthcare, as it can help treat mental disorders affected by body dysmorphia. Additionally, plastic surgery is much, much more common than you think and not always done for vanity. Even if it was, that's the individual's choice to have the procedure performed.
