As a PO, this is certainly a million dollar question. Too many features means bloat, too few means missed opportunities. However, the market (and your users' reality) usually never stops changing, and as long as that's true, the product cannot be "done". The only reason why gmail can afford to be unchanging is that the use case is so universal, so basic, the users' needs are stable (and basic). 99.99% of products have to actually target someone. |
