That sounds like an issue with your install, I've never experienced any of those issues and I would be surprised if it's a common issue considering the freedesktop.org stuff. https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/ The whole interoperability between desktop frameworks isn't always _perfect_, but it's worked fairly well for probably 10+ years for me (been using linux since the 90's). |
