I'm on Comcast and Internet-only costs MORE than Internet+TV. So I have the basic TV package as well as basic internet. I also call them every 6 months or so and threaten to quit and they will offer to put me on a "new subscriber" discount rate (lowered monthly rate for 6 months). |

Then to complete the cancellation, I had to take the modem in to their office in person and wait in line to return it.
Comcast promotional deals: not worth the hassle.
Currently very happy with a community network cable provider internet-only service, against my "lassez-faire" inclinations.
