Did the patch get merged? Are they thinking of other ways to trap the syscalls?

so far ifa syscall is beyond bounds of a nix call then it is filtered over to a win syscall. main problem is the additional layers cost time and makes problems for realtime runtime requirements for FPRPS games and real time procedural rendering. there is also the problem of software anticheats and DRMish functions crying foul if the code is manipulated, or processed in an odd manner.
