Not your parent, but I got the Instant Pot 6 quart Duo Plus, and use it for everything from making yoghurt, to stews, steaming potatoes, proving bread dough etc. it’s fantastic. (In fact I have 4 litres of Bulgarian yoghurt fermenting as I type this!) |
