I agree with what you said regarding American driving habits, but that doesn't absolve Tesla from its own share of responsibility. The car that was driving in front of the other lane was not following anything; Tesla swerved into its path, so the resulting distance between the cars is on Tesla. What speed would you expect the other car to maintain to avoid such an accident? |
