Truthfully, over the course of a decade in tech, my experience working with this group has revealed certain cultural issues that make collaboration challenging. These include poor language fluency, a large gap in power dynamics, insufficient attention to detail, a reactive approach to problem-solving, and a lack of motivation to question and improve upon the status quo. |
