It's a wonderful substance but consistent usage will absolutely affect your sleep and leave you groggy the next day. * Weight lifting 5 times a week. * Paul Stamets microdose stack (3 days on, 2 days off). * Big mushroom trip once a month to reset preconceived notions, negative patterns. * While Product and Project management set silly deadlines, I still work at my daily pace and forget they exist. If we miss the deadline so what? Hitting it doesn't affect if I keep my job or not (large corporation). |
