Depends. I recently got a request to 'polish' some work up.

The definition involved making a document look 'professional' or 'corporate'. No update to the actual quality and clarity of the information.

Complete waste of time and brain cycles.

The request was from a venture cap (natch).

I recall one time at the beginning of my career having some VP look at the project we were working on, and her only feedback was "make the box bluer."
