Yeah I am fine with being at my current level with a meets-all for a bit. I just was promoted to IC5 at the beginning of the year and people were giving me some really surprising feedback on how hard it would be to succeed. This is the first time I didn't take PSC super super seriously so we'll see how it goes. I put in quite a bit of effort still, but I'm not spending 8+ hours like it seems some other people do. |
