How long should we wait before recycling a term/phrase? There are many words people have never heard today that were common even in the 80s. Which is far more recent than the 40s. Someone has to be the first to let sleeping dogs lie. (note, I've _never_ heard spook used for anything other than a spy, and I am old guy) |
