I assume their argument would be that they are just summarizing information that you provided and not giving you advice on what to do with this information. Similar to how summarizing a book's plot isn't an endorsement of that book. I'm not a lawyer though, so I have no idea if that logic would hold up in court. I'm just guessing that's the rational they are using. |
