Given how many people's taste buds are out of whack due to drinking lots of non-water (coffee/soda/etc.), and eating sugary/salty/fatty foods, is it realistic to expect most people to be able to listen to and understand what their thirst is telling them? After all, if people really listened to their bodies, they wouldn't be eating and drinking so much crap, right? |
