Tesla wasn't my first EV but the second one. So to partially answer your question, I didn't feel Tesla is a good value for money compared to Chevy Bolt (which was my first EV). I still believe it so. The newer models of Bolt drive even better. Tesla's build quality feels lower (cheap paint, body parts that don't seem to fit well, shitty UX with the single tablet screen) I would still buy a Bolt over Tesla but I needed an electric SUV & model Y is the only option. |
