If Russia was so superior to what the commonly held belief was on Feb 24th... why have they underperformed even the most conservative estimates? Even Gen. Milley thought they would take Kiev in 2.5 days lol. Right now they are burning through huge huge amounts of stockpile from Soviet times, etc. They aren't producing much. And their manpower is coming from reserves and prisoners recrutied by Wagner. |
