The commonly cited pitfalls are either strawmen or exceedingly rare. ASI is predictable and reliable. Not once in 5 years of semicolon-less development did it come to bite me or anybody else in a notable manner. By all means use them in your work, but don’t treat it as ultimate truth. It is not. |
