Speaking for central EU schools, there is no such capacity and the teachers sometimes join in the bullying too, and pretty often they ignore it when it's the popular children doing it. It's also very hard to deal with it if you have 30-35 children per class and 3-5 classes per year - which you do because we are at the height of a population wave in this region right now. They are also absolutely unable to deal with stuff like dyslexia, ADHD, or other mental issues - meanwhile we have a push for "inclusive schooling"... |
