regarding frequent changes, in my experience keeping 5 or 6 Phoenix/Liveview apps up to date the pain I have seen with changes is far less than I have experienced with Rails, Django and even front end updates required to keep react and vue inline. All of that when Liveview is not even a 1.0 yet... I do get that books and other rotting materials obviously fall behind quickly but have you seen hard uplifts to codebases to keep them up to date? |
