All the lab leak theories are about Chinese labs, not US.
None of the people you quoted are "thought leaders" in any meaningful sense. I'm sure there are plenty of talking heads on Chinese media who spout very aggressive rhetoric. The US will never go to war with China unless it invades Taiwan.
