What concrete steps are you considering for overcoming your social anxiety?

Progressive exposure to social situations that make me uncomfortable. I think this is known as exposure therapy? The idea is to just put myself in more situations that are just slightly outside my comfort zone. So starting a conversation with the cashier at the store or barber or something like that and then progressively pushing my comfort with something a more challenging.
Exposure therapy sounds right and something I’ve discussed with my own therapist to get over my own SA. Best of luck to you!
