I disagree, don't do leetcode. I've never done leetcode and was always able to find reasonably-high-paying jobs. Instead, my suggestion would be to focus on improving your English. I've been on the other side of the hiring table, and poor English is a red flag, and I have no doubt companies will immediately reject candidates that don't demonstrate mastery of the English language. I'm of course assuming you're applying for global companies, and not companies that operate in your native language. |

My experience in both big tech and SV start ups has been leet code interviews, and lessor focus on English. To be specific as long as you can explain a problem and solution in simple words, Pete don’t really care about developers not having sharpest grammatical skills or polished writing.
Companies like amazon will pick your writing skills to death but only once you’re at senior or staff level. At the junior level it’s all about execution.
