Well, I made up the phrase to sum it up. Trademark! The long form is, the gov can't compel someone to remove a post if it's not illegal due to the 1A. But they can suggest a company to "moderate" the post for them, to the same effect. - It's the same thing as when they collect data from companies. It would be illegal for the government to spy on you, but the companies willingly give them your data. |
