One of the great things about humans is the ability to take one experience and abstract it to gain knowledge about others. In this case I was implying (as was my sibling comment) that resigning isn't necessarily impossible to undo. Highly depends on their behaviour and value to the company and colleagues. If they're valuable and well liked it could be an option. |
