I'm curious if there will ever be an inflection point where Amazon's reputation is so bad that they just can't hire the workers they want, even with competitive total comp.

My intuition is that there will always be enough people who are too desperate, or uninformed, to steer clear. I hope I'm wrong.

I would 4x my TC and be an immigrant in Canada which has a very established permanent residency system. I knew about the PiP system, but I had no idea that they could rescind the offer like this. I have turned some other offers down to accept Amazon’s, and they left me like this
I wouldn't work for them if they offered me a million a year. Everything I've heard about them suggests they are unethical and have zero concern for their cattle.

But I'm not in the OP'S situation.
