> Your mistake is thinking that it is YOUR internet connection. It's not. It belongs to your ISP. If it belonged to you, you wouldn't have to pay for it every month. A lot of ISPs specifically forbid running a web server from your connection. Comcast is one of them You're not wrong, but as far as I know there is no human on earth that owns "their own internet connection", everyone's network connects to an upstream network. Every upstream service has rules their customers must abide by. |
