Great, another excuse for the automakers to keep prices high. But the truth is that they're shooting themselves in the foot. I simply refuse to buy a new vehicle until we see significant deflation in the auto markets. And I'm not the only one. Nobody wants to play this stupid game with these greedy bastards, especially not when wages haven't budged an inch to keep up with inflation.

I don't know how greedy they are. The traditional ones are just inefficient. If a manager makes 1 million in profit for the company, they are lauded, even if they could have made 10x that with little to no effort. F.e. if they make a device for one customer, they remake it for the next one. Things are reimplented endlessly. I'm talking about basic features, that must be present in every project, but the customer doesn't really care how they are implemented.
