Nice, I have a similar setup: - Raspberry Pi with Max2Play [0] and optional HiFiBerry DAC - running the LMS squeezebox server (still supported by the community after Logitech discontinued it) - which supports multi-room audio and AirPlay - controlled from my phone with iPeng [1] - with a pair of JBL LSR305 active speakers (and a Mackie Big Knob passive to control the volume and allow for a second source).
