Going to assume "cloud" is the package/module and "bring" is similar to something like "import" etc. so it's probably because "cloud" in this case is a module/package that you need to import to use, so the language itself isn't actually cloud-oriented, but rather the standard framework (if you can call it that) is cloud-oriented. |
