Ask HN: Suggestions on storing entity-attribute-value model

I'm building an attributes store for storing aggregated attribute values to be used for segmentation and targeting. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for the storage of such a model.

but wanted to get a sense of real world usage and what storage has been used.
