In order to pay for a "reader", I actually need it to be a "writer" too. If I enjoy a post/article etc and want to comment on it, I'll have to open the actual website/app anyway. That is sufficient friction for me to instead choose directly going to multiple sources for both reading and writing. Whoever can present me a cross-platform app that lets me add sources, bookmark stuff AND comment, has my money. |
