Take a look at Jetbrains‘ RubyMine. It takes development to a new level; You won’t want to go back. It understands your code so well, it’s magical. It can rename stuff anywhere it’s referenced, for example, which is way superior to search/replace in a directory (because you won’t replace unrelated items). It has a Sequelace built in, but with support for practically any database. It can perform debugging inside the editor. It has support for all relevant tooling. It handles deployment. And more. Not related, just a fan :) |
