I don't think it is an emergency, but I do think this is a symptom of a toxic organization. In the meantime, I would try hard not to focus on it too much. Do a rough breakout in your head on how much time for the day you spent on each ticket then allocate that to the 15min blocks. It's not like they can fact check you on it |
