Quite the opposite. I got covid in march 2020 and since then I have mostly WFH, and been careful about masking with efficient gear (N95 and up) indoors, and I have not gotten sick once, whereas previously I would be out one or two times a year for a week each at least.

I do have a perpetual runny nose and some coughing from time to time, but nothing that would qualify as an illness (and I had that before 2020 as well, possibly thanks to inhaling too much tear gas years ago).
