Founders all want to be a part of the company, and be involved in decision making.
Having 50 founders, would have each of them owning 2% of the company before taking on any investors, and assuming equal equity. Taking a seed round would see their angels becoming majority share-holders.
At some point between series B and C, founders would own less than 1% of the company. Doesn't make sense |
