This has nothing to do with screens. With books or e-readers, you just end up in your own head instead of social media. It's common for me to have to re-read the first dozen or so pages of a book several times before I finally get hooked on enough not to drift away. However, at that point it becomes hard to do anything else before finishing that book... |
