Have really got into fitness (much more strength training) lately and trying to up my protein levels but trying to do so in a healthy way. Kind of went down a rabbit hole a few months ago of reading way too many labels and trying to understand ingredients lists on products (takeaway: supplements usually have lots of weird stuff in them).
