During any incident, the current CRM is one pilot flies the plane while the non-flying pilot runs the check lists. I hope the single pilot is good at multi-tasking. (* I am not a commercial pilot but I've watched enough Mayday/Air Accident Investigations to get interested in the FAA publications on CRM. Interesting read. Active work was being done ~20 years ago in this area.) |
