I just went through this pain, and fortunately my gpu just died during the process so I jumped to amd. It's like a breath of fresh air, my computer just works now. Except now there's a bug and I can't use the integrated Intel graphics at the same time. Great. Works fine otherwise though, and I don't have to fuck around with my drivers ever again |
