I've bought parallettes recently and started working on tucked planche to reach climbers push up in the long run. Amazing feeling to stop coding and just do some intense exercises that takes 30-40 seconds to reach failure. I love these types of compressed intense workouts, and parallettes are a great and fun way of doing it. I've also bought a push up bar that fits in my doorway so everytime I go to the bathroom I do static hangs with retracted shoulder blades to strengthen shoulders/upper back. I'm seeing really good results just from doing little by little every day. It's like that article on here a while ago about "the unreasonable effectiveness of just showing up" |
