Romania is significantly better developed and more affluent than most of the world. My similarly aged laptop had much worse hardware than what you're describing and cost 200%+ of my old entry-level salary. (I don't use laptops anymore.) GitHub CI also has much better network connectivity (both speed and especially ping) compared to most parts of my country. |
