Online platforms should not be allowed to moderate content according to whim or unwritten bias.

If a piece of content is moderated, it should remain in place and be clearly labeled with an explanation from the TOS.

Exceptions: If the moderated content is spam it can be collapsed. If it's illegal, it can be removed.
