Yeah but you get to live in France which is kind of awesome. Way better food and quality of life perhaps. Your France taxes though are not far off US taxes either (30% capital gains)... The USA has property tax with multiple levies on them and they are a function of real estate wealth in most places. And you don't have the crazy healthcare premiums. |
