Yup, it is. I'm glad they have finally made their mind up if they are a on-prem company or a SaaS company. Who you hire and how software is built (and sold) is a fundamentally different approach to market. For example - it doesn't make sense to hire product managers from Slack if you are building on-prem (they don't have experience // product managers from RedHat should have been hired for an on-prem play)...
