I think it is worth a try to do credit card chargeback. Call your credit card company and explain _high level_: "I bought a video game. I cannot register online. It is required to play. There is not support line to help me. I am stuck. This game does not work for me. I want to do a charge back." I assume you bought from an online store. Also, try to find a support line. Provide this information (high level!) to your credit card company. |
