The UN has a special web site where they advocate for the Great Replacement. The technical term is Replacement Migration and it's not a "theory" it's actual UN policy [1]. You see whites, especially those who come from countries which benifited from the Enlightenment, are restive, not used to the yoke of slavery. So they need to be replaced. And they need to be monitored and silenced until this replacement is at such a level that they can be dealt with more directly, as the hated and feared minority they are destined to be. It's only natural that the people monitoring and censoring these troublesome racist conspiracy theorists should come from non-Enlightenment global backgrounds.
