Sounds like you are depressed. It happens to a lot of us. There’s no answer. Depression is sometimes just there.

No, exercise won’t fix it. Neither will eating well.

Maybe do an appointment with a doctor and see how that goes. Maybe see a therapist? It might help to just talk to someone not emotionally invested.

Exercise and a better diet are proven to help with depression. They aren't cures, but they can help. Speaking to someone such as a therapist or doctor is great advice.
might exercise at least slightly invigorate and thereby improve it?
