thought I would be a lifer at a previous company. Then upper management did a re-org and I lost a manager and team lead that I both loved working with and held in high regard. They were replaced by an okay manager, and a team lead that was technically strong but personally intolerable. so am I a lifer? for now, yes. as long as upper management here doesn't feel the need to shoot themselves in the foot for no reason |
