Maybe, but Tim Bray has a lot of followers so explaining to them that he's leaving, why, and where he's going seems to make sense. One person like him leaving is no skin off of Musk's nose, sure. But if a lot of people that follow him think "Yeah, I'm thinking it's time to leave too..." it starts adding up as it cascades to their followers. > The false narrative that any of these platforms offer us any potential beyond minor success or indentured work... I think this is basically what Bray was saying.
