Somewhat off-topic:
This reminds me of an article I read about law-making in Taiwan. Iirc there is some kind of crowd-sourced composition, with branches, versions, voting, etc.
Unfortunately I don't recall any key words and I don't speak chinese, so I'm unable to research this topic further.
Can anybody help me find more info about this? |
